Extract Naruto SP (JAP). Rar
And Then the make file "Naruto Shippuuden Gekitou Ninja Taisen Special.iso"
Open Dolphin.exe

Click on the "File" tab select "Browse for ISOs
Choose the folder, where you saved the ISO file "Naruto Shippuuden Gekitou Ninja Taisen Special.iso"
Click Play
Enjoy The Game
